What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all modes of payments. You no longer have to worry about limits! From the classic credit cards to modern gateways like PayPal, we've got all your needs covered. Also, remember those traditional bank transfers? Yes we do cover that too. 

How do you handle shipping? 

Details on shipping costs, delivery windows, the nations we ship to, and any free shipment criteria are all included in our shipping policy. We also offer order tracking information. 

Returns & Exchange

1. Return Window
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or marked “non-returnable” products cannot be returned.

4. Return Shipping
Free only if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

5. Refund Timeline
Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

5. Can I add items to my order after placing it?

Once the order is confirmed, you cannot add items. Place a new order for additional items.

No minimum order value, but free shipping applies on orders over ₹499.

Yes, after verification, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund.

4. Do I need to return the damaged item?

If the product inside is safe, it’s not eligible for return—but do share photos.
